    hi again Josh,

am I better to remove the code you sent, create all the tickets on one page and then use woocommerce shortcodes to display the tickets/products in the relevant pages on the site (albeit without headers)?

    Hi Josh,

are any further with my issue with the tickets? I need to get it resolved if possible as time is ticking and we need to launch the site pretty soon.

    Hi Josh,

That’s right. I can add a ticket to a product, but once purchased, i only get an email saying the order is complete. Previously the mail would say that another email would follow to allow ticket download, but this isn’t happening now.

    Hi Josh,

I can add tickets via the product editor now but I don’t get the option to download the ticket via an email like I did before the changes. Am I supposed to add all the tickets via a page still or add as products and generate tickets individually. Either way, I’m not getting the option to download the tickets now – just getting a thank you email saying the product purchase is complete and a breakdwon of the details, but no ticket.

    Help!

    Hi Josh,

that’s done it! I can now set up products and make individual tickets from them – just what I needed.

Many thanks for your help. If you need a testimonial, please let me know and I’ll gladly shower you with praise!

    Kind regards

    Hi Josh,

have tried this but there’s little flexibility with what I can do with a single page. If I want to have different tickets with individual headers, ie Child ticket @ £10, Adult Ticket at £20, Group ticket at £50 etc, the single page only allows for a single image. Is there a way you can think around this? I also tried having each ticket as an event but then it gets a little complicated.

I want users to be able to download their tickets, with relevant headers on each. If not, I’ll try setting up a different page for each trail ie Green 5 miles page with tickets for that route. I’ll use a generic header as I think the ticket shows the value for each payment when it’s downloaded?

    Hi Josh,

It’s an annual off-road charity mountain bike ride website. So we need to have different tickets for each route, kids, adults, teams etc. We could install event calendar and create tickets that way but essentially there is only one event/date per year.

I wanted to create the products and then have a downloadable ticket for each product.
