I deactivated both plugins (Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro), re-activated, then deleted the widget and re-added it. Working now.

Looks like it was my theme. I was able to tweak the themes setting to show more than 5 entries per page. That accomplishes the goal of showing most of the entries on one page but if it goes over 20 entries I think I’ll still run into issue with the “Next Entries” button returning null results. I’ll keep playing though to see if I can figure that out.

On another quick note (may need to start a new entry about this), where can I find the “More Info” text so I can remove it when looking at the events list?

I think I have it figured out now. I have it looking pretty good but just want to tighten up a few minor things. These posts have been most helpful. Thank you Snorton and Neillmcshea for your help. Now on to tackling other quirks…

I get the gist of what’s going on here. I have it inserting the image but need to format it. Which CSS file do I need to edit to tweak the appearance?

Thanks, I was looking at the php files, not the Javascript. It is /wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/resources/events-admin.js for anyone else that runs into the same problem.

Cliff, did your edits fix the recurring events issue? I am having the same trouble and would like to fix it.
