Hi, I just try that and still is not working, I keep receiving tickets.

mm another alternative would be to edit the ticket,
The root for the Complete order is here woocommerce/emails/customer-completed-order.php.
Could you please let me know where is the root to edit the ticket.

Thank you Barry, I will get ECP and try that. Just in case I’m not able to get what I need, it is possible to embed the ECP calendar on a page??
There is a shortcode for that with ECP?

Hi, I have the same problem.
When the cart is empty and you get the ‘return to shop’ button, that takes you back to the Woocommerce styled shop but would rather redirect it back to the Ticket list.
Not sure where I can find —> cart/cart-empty.php to make it work, I’m using WordPress 3.9.1, maybe the php file has changed??
