This problem seems to be caused by the shortcode I was using. [tribe_events_list] seems to have fixed it.

I have determined that the events are dropping off of the site at midnight UTC rather than at the end of the event. How can I fix this? My time is set correctly on the WordPress general settings. Please help, as this site is almost entirely driven by your events plugin and has many active users. Thank you.

This test page http://www.earshot.org/slide-test-page/ for instance, is still showing an event at 3:15 that ended at 11:45 (which is great I WANT the events to stay on the site as long as possible for the given day.) However events in the evening seem to drop off sooner than 4 hours after end of event. My site-wide clock is correct for the my time zone, and I am clearing my cache, so what is driving the events to drop off at a particular time?

Thanks for your reply, Brian. Last questions: how long do the events display past their ending time? And is there a way to adjust that latency? Our events definitely show for longer than 15 minutes after the end time, but I haven’t been able to catch the exact moment they disappear off the site.

    Thank you.

Thank you Brian. I checked as you said, and found the problem was, in fact, being caused by a plugin.
    All better now.

Let me amend what I wrote earlier. The “00” does, in fact, show up at the end of events in Calendar view when I hover over them with a mouse.

Just another user here, and by no means an expert. But wouldn’t the button you are considering be possible using the :before and :after fields in the Events settings?
