Apologies for not letting you know, but despite my best efforts I couldn’t get Event Calendar Pro working with my theme so I’ve gone with CalendarizeIt!

Your plugin was the one I preferred for layout and features but because there was no page associated with the output I couldn’t get my theme elements working properly (the footer elements need to be set on Page Attributes). When you came to look (and offer support) the view you saw was CalendarizeIt! Sorry.
