Geoff,
Thank you for the reply. I actually already had the latest wordpress version and the latest plugin version but my previous post had outdated info. In any case, I was able to find the issue and it was with a conflicting jQuery script within my theme and an additional CSS property causing some issues. The whole thing is very strange as I did switch to that theme and did remove my plugins. Not sure what to say other than thank you for your support!
