BTW, it might be a good idea to put an icon or moniker on the users that purchased your tool, much like ThemeForest does.

Hi Barry,
Indeed, it does, I did some troubleshooting (time consuming) and whether it’s your update or their update, the two do not work together very well. However, maybe that is theme dependent as well.
