WPTouch with events list

Hi am trying to use Events Pro with the WPtouch addon. My goal is to set the landing page to /events/upcoming/ but I get a “too many redirects” error.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Richard. Thanks for the note. We’re happy to try and help here, but I’m not sure I understand the issue. What do you mean by “set the landing page”? Do you just want that as the home? Let me know if I’ve misunderstood your request here and I can adjust my response as needed. Cheers!

Any suggestions for making Events Pro work with WPtouch? Here’s what /events and /events/upcoming look like:

Hey Chris. Looking through the forum archives here it does seem like a few users have reported conflicts with WPtouch over the past few months. While we cannot guarantee this plugin will integrate nicely with everything out there, we definitely do try to help iron out conflicts that our code is responsible for when possible.

Do you have any contact information for the plugin dev, by chance? Enough users have asked about this that I think it’d be worth getting in touch with him to see if we can work out what’s up.

Thanks Chris! No guarantees but I have sent him a note to see if we can work together to figure out what’s up here. If we can we’ll have the code included in whatever maintenance release is up that month (hopefully for July’s, which will be out in a few weeks). I’ll let you know if any short-term solution comes about as well.
