ParticipantWe’re coming across an error when creating a (WooCommerce) ticket directly from the backend event page.
After creating the ticket, although it says ‘Your ticket has been saved’, the Ticket Name field is empty, the Price field is ‘false’, and only the SKU appears to have been saved. On saving, the console logs “Object {success: true, data…”.
The WooCommerce product however, appears to have been created correctly, with all of the correct info saved.
If I now view the event on the frontend of the site, under the Tickets section the price is listed as ‘Free’ (which is incorrect), but once added to cart it appears in the product list with the correct price.
Attempting to update the empty ticket fields on the event backend page again logs in console as Object {success: true… }, but the fields still don’t save, and the price is still listed as ‘Free’ on the single event page.

MemberThat’s odd, I haven’t heard of that particular problem before. I appreciate you noted that you have tried deactivating other plugins, but I’d like to list our complete troubleshooting steps and confirm that you have run through them:
- Please ensure that your Modern Tribe plugins are up-to-date and in-synch … for instance if you are using The Events Calendar 2.0.11 you should also use WooTickets 1.0.1
- Deactivate all other plugins and change your theme to a default, unmodified one such as Twenty Eleven or Twenty Twelve
- Now test to see if the problem still exists
- If the problem has been solved by these steps, start reactivating everything one-at-a-time, testing at each point to see if the issue has returned
- If the issue does return, take note of whichever plugin (or theme) you reactivated immediately before it started again – it’s likely there is a conflict with this item
Do those steps highlight a conflict anywhere?

ParticipantSorted – we were still on WooTickets 1.0.

ParticipantYes, it’s working correctly now that we’re on 1.0.1.
