ParticipantIm having real problems at the moment adding new events with WooTickets. I can create an event with no problems but the ticket will not save.
Once I have entered all the information for the ticket on the event edit page, I then click the “Save this ticket” button. Then the ticket edit box greys out with the circular processing symbol for a couple of seconds but nothing has changed – no ticket added and the content that I added for the ticket is still showing as if i’ve not saved it.
I have tested this with every plugin (except events pro, woocommerce and wootickets) deactivated and it’s still the same.
A quick resolution to to this would be much appreciated as i have some last minute tickets that i need to sell in the next couple of days.

ParticipantOh, and to add to this – When i click “Select an image” in the event tickets section, noting happens. I dont actually want to add images but thought this might be useful to know.

ParticipantI have the same issue. Once I click on “add new ticket” it says “Ticket has been saved” but does not show up anywhere.

ParticipantI found out that the WPML translation is not working with WooTickets.
As soon as I activate it, Tickets won´t show. Although there are being created, after deactivation of the plugin, they show again. To run a multilingual site is essential for me. Please let me know of any advice.July 8, 2013 at 4:20 pm #53905djpollitt

ParticipantNo resolution as yet and I’m now starting to stress about the fact that I cant publish any new events that I really need to be selling.
Can someone please help me?

MemberHi guys, apologies first and foremost for the delay.
The release of The Events Calendar 3.0 – and of related plugins such as WooTickets 3.0 – has caused a surge in support requests and we have unfortunately been a little overstretched.
Tim: let’s deal with your issue first and foremost. Can you confirm which web browser you are using? Some users have reported an issue with Google Chrome, for instance, and switching to a different browser has provided them with a temporary workaround.
If you find that’s the case please let us know (and please also confirm if it was indeed Chrome that was problematic here) as that will help us push out a fix as soon as possible.
Alternatively, you could also try the same troubleshooting process you outlined in your initial post – but additionally switch to a default, unmodified copy of Twenty Twelve – just in case this is due to a conflict stemming from your theme, as that is also a possibility.
Christoph: there are some outstanding issues with WPML and our own suite of plugins. What you are describing is unfortunate and I will take note of it but unfortunately there is not a great deal we can offer up in terms of helping with WPML compatibility.
We do however appreciate that WPML is a very popular plugin and we plan to investigate options here in the future.
Djpollitt: definitely feel free to monitor this thread as we work through the problem with Tim, to avoid confusion though please feel free to create your own thread (should you see nothing helpful in this one as the issue progresses in the course of the week).
Thanks!

ParticipantBingo! Cheers Barry. I had been using Chrome and by changing to IE I managed to add events, which I can then go over and edit within Chrome.
It’s great to be able to publish events again but as you say, this is a workaround so I look forward to this getting resolved.
Oh and great job with 3.0
Cheers,

MemberThanks Tim – that rather confirms that this is pretty specific to Chrome (it seems not to affect Chromium, even, which Chrome is essentially built on) and I’ll pass that on to the dev team – though I believe they are already on top of this.
The main thing is you can workaround it in the interim – and we’ll do our best to push out a fix as swiftly as possible.

ParticipantGood morning,
I am having a similar problem but I am able to add events and tickets the problem I am having is that the “Buy now” button is not appearing on the event page and if I go to Woocommerce and into the ticket itself I am unable to view the item instead I will be taken back to the event page that doesn’t have a buy button. Any help would be appreciated I need to get these tickets on sale.
Thank you for your time,

MemberHi Gary, can you create a new thread? Then you will be in a better position to share URLs confidentially (at the point of opening the thread) – plus that sounds like a quite different problem and really should be kept separate.
Thanks!
