ParticipantHi,
I don’t know if you can help me but I seem to have found an compatibility issue with WordPress HTTPS 3.3.6 plugin and Woocommerce tickets 3.4.1.
The issue I’m having is that when the HTTPS plugin is activated, the image uploaded for the ticket header is not displayed/missing. Any ideas on why this might be/how I can fix this.
Many thanks

MemberHi – I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties.
Are you familiar with your browser’s developer tools – and if so are you able to detect if the image is present but not displaying (perhaps because of a 404 issue – checking the browser console could help here), or if it is simply absent altogether?
If you’re not comfortable figuring that out just let us know.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi Barry,
The issue isn’t in the back-end – that’s all good and fine, its in the ‘tickets email’ sent to the customer on completion of purchase. So somehow the WordPress HTTP plugin is having an effect on the header being attached to the tickets email. I could live with this but if possible I would like to fix it.
Many thanks

MemberHi! We’ll definitely check into this one, but please bear with us for a few more days and we’ll be sure to find a slot to set up a test and see what’s happening.

MemberI do apologize, I just realized my last reply was probably hidden from you – let me re-post:
Hi! Thanks for your patience so far. Unfortunately, I cannot replicate this problem.
With WordPress HTTPS 3.3.6 activated I can still view and upload ticket header images and they are included in the generated tickets email, too. I tried a few things like setting up the header images over secure and regular HTTP connections when in the admin environment, but it seemed to work without issue.
Given we haven’t heard any other reports of this, I wonder if for some reason it could be particular to your environment?
If there are any other details you have that you think might better enable us to replicate this we’d definitely be open to taking another look – right now though I’m not sure there is much assistance we can provide.
