WooCommerce Orders don't show Ticket Name or title?

Hi guys,

Done all of the recent updates so both WP, Woo Tickets and Event Calender is up to date with the latest versions.

And maybe I’m imagining, but but I’m quite sure the WooCommerce order list showed the names of the events (products) prior my latest updates. Now I can’t see to which event my clients have bought their tickets, just the order #.

Not even if I click the order “open” in the list.

What am I missing out?

FYI, I’ve got another site running WooCommerce only. Selling books. Which is also updated with the latest versions. That site works.

So, my guess is it’r you plug-in not communicating as it should.

Hi Marlene,

I’m sorry you are having difficulties.

It looks like that meta box – Orderrader – you highlighted is a collapsed state (most meta boxes can be expanded or collapsed). Can you click on the small arrow in the top right corner of the same box and try expanding it?
