Where to place custom file

Barry has helped me with this styling for the WooTickets email but now I’m trying to figure out in which folder of my theme I need to place the customized file. Should it be under tribe-events, tribe-events/wootickets, or another folder? Thanks

@Tony if you look at the top of the file there is a comment:
“Override this template in your own theme by creating a file at [your-theme]/tribe-events/tickets/email.php”
