What ticket plugin to choose?

Hi!
I see that there are plenty of ticket plugins to choose from to work along the Events Calendar. But what exactly is the difference between them for someone who have never used neither EDD, Shopp, Eventbrite, WooCommerce or WPEC before? Which one should I choose if I just want to sell tickets to the events I create using the Events Calendar?

Great question! It’s on our list of things to do to create a chart that compares them all, so I do apologize that it isn’t available yet. And thanks for the push to get that put together!

In your case, I would look to see which of our e-commerce partners has a payment gateway that would work for you. I’m not sure which ones are available in your country. Beyond that, the best advice I can give at the moment is choose Eventbrite if you already have an account with them. Choose WooCommerce Tickets if you think you’ll ever sell physical products in addition to tickets. EDD works great if all you’re selling is tickets and other digital products. And honestly, the Shopp and WPEC tickets are our newest ones, so I don’t have much experience with them at the present time.
