    Hi there,

    Im trying to figure out whats going on with this math issue. Every time I click save not only do the total number of available spaces increase to a random number but the field for tickets when you click edit also changes to a random number.
    In the screenshot you can see the weird mismatch of stock field and sold units and units canceled of total units.

    Howdy Jessica,

    I would love to help you sort through this. First of all there is a known in the most recent version that purchasing 5 tickets causes the stock count to appear reduced by 5, plus 5 filled. We are working on a fix ASAP.

    Did you order 5 tickets then cancel the order? That might help explain the other facet of this.

    Hi Brook, thanks for your help. When you say 5 tickets do you mean in a single order or across all orders? The most purchased at one time was 2 tickets, but yes, overall 7 tickets were sold. However, I’ve had this same issue in other events where only a single ticket has been purchased. If I edit the ticket, say to change the description, do I need to also edit the stock to reflect the current number of available tickets?

    Howdy Jessica,

    At the moment you do basically need to modify the stock on ticket sales, or perhaps its easier to just disable stock by entering 0 as the amount available. Then simply cancelling or refunding orders once you hit the limit. I am very sorry for this, I know it is hugely inconvenient.

    Our strategist just marked this bug to be fixed ASAP. Our very next version should be 4.1, and if everything goes according to plan a fix for this will be included with it.
