ParticipantHi. We just bought Events Tickets Plus.
When exporting from the attendees list section of the event, the resulting CSV file only shows name and email from the customer, but all the data set in the ticket is missing, including custom fields. See on the attached images the difference between the info we see in the attendees list, in each particular order, and what we see in the CSV document.June 9, 2016 at 11:54 pm #1124923Geoff B.

We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused by the missing information.
I would love to help you with this topic.This is currently logged as a bug and we are looking to release a fix in our next maintenance release.
The good news is that in the meantime, you could apply the following code snippet inside the functions.php file of your WordPress theme or Child Theme.

We hope that a future update of the plugin will have this issue worked from within.

I am sorry to hear about the crash. As you found out, it’s probably because you added the opening <php statement.
But I’m super glad that the snippet worked for you. You will be contacted as soon as the fix is within the plugin itself.
