    Hello Modern tribe,

    I have an issue(Which is Very BIG) with my site which prevents the customers from buying different tickets from one event. For example I want to buy a ticket “Early bird” and “Early bird FullPass”. The error appears at the checkout step. After placing the order it fails with “Internal Server error” message. What happened next is that the tickets(products) disappeared from the cart. But Woocommerce didn’t redirected me on the Thank you page. So from the front end there is an error from which I understand that the order is not finished.

    The curious thing is that the order is created. Everything looking good with the order except the fact that there aren’t generated tickets. ( I’ve checked the tickets with the plugin from Brook which helps me to see the tickets and print them before to mark the order as completed. For reference this is the plugin: “Event Tickets Plus: Show and Print tickets” ) After the check the page where should apear the tickets is white as it can be seen in the screenshots which I’ve provided. I have disabled all the plugins in case there is a conflict between them and left enabled only the most needed(Maybe here I have to say that I use TEC,ET and ET+):
    Woocommerce
    The Event Calendar
    ET
    ET+

    Please help me in this because is a kind of urgent, on the production site there are a lot efforts because of this issue…

    Hey @Gergana,

    I’m sorry to hear about these issues! I cannot recreate them, so here is what I would recommend doing as a step to test this out:

    1. Activate a default theme like Twenty Twelve, Twenty Seventeen, etc.

    2. Deactivate all plugins on your site except for only these specific plugins:
    • The Events Calendar
    • Event Tickets
    • Event Tickets Plus
    • WooCommerce

    3. Create a new test event with multiple ticket types.

    4. Try “buying” different ticket types in a single order from this test event, just like you’ve been testing already.

    ☝️ In this specific set of steps, do you find the exact same issues?

    Hi George,

    I found the reason why this happens. This snippet is the reason of this issue.

    I followed also your instructions to modify it in this discussion, but the situation is the same.
    I’ve performed the test with theme 2014 and only with these enabled plugins “Woocommerce, ET, TEC and ET+” and it is still the same.
    This snippet is providing me very useful functionality. Is there a way how make it works again without braking the functionality of buying two,three different tickets at one order?

    At this stage I removed the snippet but hoping to make include inside the email this information which the snippet was providing me.

    Hey @Gergana,

    I’m sorry for the slow pace of progress here. I wanted to let you know that I’m still working on this. We technically do not provide any support for snippets, customizations, extensions, and so on — and if I am unsuccessful at getting this to work, then unfortunately the snippet may remain unusable.

    However, I’m working on this and hope to have an update for you soon.

    Hi Gergana,

    At long last, I wanted to share an updated version of this snippet with you. You can download it here now, finally: https://theeventscalendar.com/content/uploads/2017/01/tribe-ext-woo-order-templates.zip

    Try deleting the snippet of mine that you mentioned using above (this one) and then installing this extension.

    ☝️ This Extension adds several features to Event Tickets Plus. These ones to be specific:

    • Showing the full order details in the Woo cart, including event date and venue
    • Hide QR code from all ticket emails
    • Adding a new ticket notification email
    • CC the event organizer with the ticket notified

    You can just enable the first option and it will replace the functionality of the snippet I originally shared before.

    I hope that using this new Extension instead of my old snippet helps to resolve your issues! 😀
