ParticipantIt is reverse – when I have TEC activated I cannot use Visual Composer to edit the pages. If I deactivate VC the pages turn into invalid shortcodes.
I have yet to get the duplicates out of TEC/Pro to get this fixed… when I have them activated I have problems everywhere else still.

ParticipantCan you try deactivating all other plugins to see if that resolves the issue? I’m trying to determine if there’s a conflict somewhere here. If that fixes the problem, then try reactivating them one-by-one to determine if another plugin is the culprit. Give that a try and let me know what you discover.
Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantThanks Casey. I deactivated *all* plugins but just TEC and Pro. These are not working for us yet. If I select to trash – it only moves the one event to trash. If I select “edit all” to make the end date from never to end in a week, it simply refreshes the list. The 3.5.1 fixes are not working for us.

ParticipantI also notice when I am try to use filters in the admin list the filter at the top saves and will revert back to what was saved. It doesnt reset and clear (keeping that setting).
There are so many records in here… it takes forever for the list to load much less attempt to delete a page of them. I am now getting gateway timeout…

Participantgohwebmaster,
Do you have a backup prior to updating to 3.5 that you could revert to in order to just try upgrading directly to 3.5.1? Your webhost might be able to help with this as well, if you tell them what date you’d like to revert to. At this point, I think that’s your best option unfortunately.Another option would be to use a third party plugin like Bulk Delete to delete all of your duplicated events and re-create them.
Good luck and let me know if I can help further. Thanks! 🙂

Participantgohwebmaster,
Great! Glad to hear you were able to sort this out. Regarding your Calendar title issue, did you fix it? I’m not seeing the behavior you’re describing, as the title changes when I navigate to next/prev months (screenshot).April 4, 2014 at 7:36 am #128097Webmaster
ParticipantYes, I am so glad this came through. It was painful, but I know it’s not the norm. I am thrilled to mark this thread closed!
And yes, I was able to figure out the calendar title as well. There was a folder for the theme that I was able to compare to the plugins’ folder and tweak! I look forward to learning more ways to customize the layout in the future.

ParticipantGreat! Thanks for confirming that this got you sorted. Since it looks like you’re all set, I’m going to mark this thread “Answered” and close it out.
By the way, if you have a minute or two, we would love it if you’d write a few words for us here: http://wordpress.org/support/view/plugin-reviews/the-events-calendar?filter=5
Thanks in advance. 🙂
Cheers,
