    Hi. Try as I have, I can’t find the answer to this. I have Events Calendar 3.12.1 and Events Calendar PRO 3.9.1. I have tried to update the PRO to match but am having no luck. My PRO licence is valid until February 2016. When I go to Settings > Licences I get the message ‘Sorry, this key is out of installs’. I’ve tried cutting and pasting the licence key but that doesn’t work. Please can you explain to me in very simple terms how to update the PRO to 3.12.1?

    Hey Graham,

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    When purchasing, you have the right to use the License Key on a certain number of sites depending on the number of licenses that you have purchased. It looks like you’ve currently purchased a single license that allows for the license key to be activated on a single site.

    To check where that key is currently used, check out https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/ and see the site associated with that key. If it isn’t the one that you would like to update, disable the active install at the link above and then you’ll be able to use your license key on the site that you would like updated.

    Hi

    As it happens the update offer appeared in my plug-in list (which wasn’t there before) and I was able to manage it from there. So my problem is solved now.
