    Hi there Chris,

Thanks for the feedback on the release candidate. We just released Event Tickets 4.4.5 (more details).

Can you please re-check if the issue is still present after updating Event Tickets Plus? If it’s still present, can you please send over the steps to reproduce the issue?

    Thanks,
    Nico

Still seeing the same error after updating to the official 4.5 release.

You can view the error here – https://cnia.mccreery.ca/event/test-ticket-page/

Thanks for following up and sorry to hear this wasn’t caught on our QA passes 🙁

Can you please let me know how to trigger the error? I access the URL, but I don’t see any issues even if I add the product to the cart. Also, how can I re-create this from scratch? Any special settings?

    Thanks Chris,
    Nico

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
