Is there a way to update the ticket emails from within the admin?
That is a great question. The short answer is that there is no built-in way to do that (although I can totally see how that would be an awesome feature).
The closest thing to what you are looking to achieve would be a third-party plugin such as https://codecanyon.net/item/email-customizer-for-woocommerce/8654473
But, I haven’t personally tested it.
The only downside to this approach is that this would change the template for ALL ticket emails for all events that include selling tickets.
In other words it is not specific to individual events.
The only scenario where that would work is if your client would be OK with one global custom email template.
