ParticipantHi,
I recently purchased this plug however I am unable to add a ticket image within the backend system. I do not get an error message, it allows me to click it but does nothing.
Any advice would be great.
Thank you in advance
Sam

MemberI note you tried deactivating all other plugins (except hopefully for The Events Calendar, WooTickets and WooCommerce) – but can you try this and at the same time switch to a default, unmodified theme such as Twenty Twelve?
It’s possible there is a conflict – perhaps a Javascript issue – with the theme.
And apologies for the delay in responding, for some reason this became marked as a sticky post and I skipped it in my earlier passes of the forum, thinking it was one of our own threads that we created for information-sharing purposes.

MemberOK, and can you try switching either to an unmodified version or else a different (but still unmodified) default theme such as Twenty Eleven? Does the problem continue to persist even then?

ParticipantHi,
I have switched to a non modified version of twenty twelve with no luck. Also I have discovered that the theme being used is WPstart.
Thanks
Sam

MemberOK, well just to clarify since it seems there might have been a little confusion:
With a default and unmodified theme like Twenty Twelve running and no other plugins except The Events Calendar, WooCommerce Tickets (“WooTickets”) and WooCommerce itself running, you still see this problem?
Could you also confirm which web browser and version you are using?

ParticipantHi,
Thats correct.
Currently using both safari and chrome
Thanks

MemberOK, it’s not something I can replicate. Are you comfortable working with your browser’s developer tools and the JS console in particular? If so do you see any errors in there?

ParticipantHi,
Just checked using console and it returned this message:
Uncaught ReferenceError: wp is not defined tickets.js?ver=3.4.2:10
ticketHeaderImage.uploader tickets.js?ver=3.4.2:10
(anonymous function) tickets.js?ver=3.4.2:270

h.handle.i load-scripts.php?c=1&load=jquery,utils&ver=3.4.2:3Thanks

MemberOK. Since I’m not seeing the same thing the only additional piece of troubleshooting I could really do is by logging in to your site and taking a look for myself.
I’m happy to do that, but I’d have to stress that:
* I may deactivate and reactivate various themes and plugins
* You would be responsible for backing up before this and restoring that backup and any settings after the fact
* Though I would work as quickly as possible this will inevitably cause some disruptionOf course, if you are able to create a testing/development installation and can replicate this there I could take a look and some of the above concerns would be mitigated.
If you’re happy with this idea, please provide login details via a private reply. Thanks!

MemberThank you!
There are a few updates you need to make – before you do anything though can I ask you to consider updating WordPress to the latest version first of all and see if that resolves this?
Though I believe it should work with your current version I think there may have been an oversight in relation to how media is handled and that may be the crux of this problem.
* As before, do take the time to make a backup
* Remember that a backup is useless if you do not know how to restore it!For the time being though I’m finished troubleshooting and will ask your permission if I need further access – so feel free to remove that user account and double check all settings were restored, etc.
Thanks!

MemberCorrection! As of 3.0 we have a minimum requirement of WordPress 3.5 – so that probably is indeed the problem here.

MemberHi Sam: I think we posted around the same time. To be clear, I have finished troubleshooting for the time being.
