ParticipantHi there,
I followed all the steps but when I land on the settings page, there isn’t any field for me to enter the license. Also, must I enter the license key in order to use the wootickets plugin?April 7, 2014 at 2:05 pm #129149Leah
MemberHi joshuatan,
Thanks for posting. Can you confirm for me that you have the latest versions of The Events Calendar (3.5.1) and WooCommerce Tickets (3.5) installed and active on your Plugins page? If you’re still not seeing a field for the license key, can you send me a screenshot showing your whole License Keys tab page? That will help me troubleshoot.
You don’t need to enter the license key to use WooCommerce Tickets, you just need to have it installed and active on your site. The license key gives you automatic updates, downloads, and support access.
You mentioned in your subject line that you are unable to use WooCommerce Tickets. Can you elaborate on that?
Thanks for your patience while we get to the bottom of this.
Best,
Leah

ParticipantHi Leah,
Thanks for getting back so quickly. Yes, I’ve installed the latest version of both plugins.
My bad, I realised I didn’t click “Add New Ticket” – so yes, I believe the plugin works.
With regards to the license key, you can download the screenshot: https://db.tt/GXDQWSoXApril 8, 2014 at 12:20 am #129370petermartinek

MemberHi everyone,
Thank you for reporting this problem. Can you confirm for me that you are running the latest version of The Events Calendar (3.5.1) and WooCommerce Tickets (3.5)? Also, are you running JetPack? If you are running Jetpack, please make sure it is updated to the latest version as well (2.9.2).
If you’ve confirmed the above and are still having the same problem, please deactivate all plugins except The Events Calendar, WooCommerce, and WooCommerce Tickets. If the issue is resolved by doing that, we’ll know it’s a plugin conflict. Then you can start adding them back one by one until you find the one that is causing the problem.
Thank you all for your patience while we straighten this out.
Best,
Leah

ParticipantI’ve treid to deactivate all plugins except The Events Calendar, WooCommerce, and WooCommerce Tickets and checked the plugin versions to be:
The Events Calendar (3.5.1) and WooCommerce Tickets (3.5) and JetPack (2.9.3). I still can NOT add license key for woocommerce tickets. There’s no blank/ space available at “License” section. I need to use it URGENTLY (today), please kindly provide your fast support. Thank you.

MemberHi consoleoffice,
We have confirmed that this is a bug in 3.5. The bad news is that we don’t have a way to fix this yet. But the good news is that we are working hard on a solution and it will be fixed in version 3.6. Plus, you won’t miss out on any features or anything- you’ll just need to do a manual update to version 3.6 once it’s released. You can still use WooCommerce Tickets just as you would normally. I apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience while we get this fixed.
Best,
Leah

ParticipantHi Leah,
I’m having the same issues as above, obviously I’m happy to wait for the update to fix this one but I don’t seem to have the ability to use the plugin as I should.
I have the latest versions of woocommerce, tickets and events but no joy; there’s no meta box appearing in the events page for me to add tickets with, any ideas?April 27, 2014 at 10:08 am #143821freecrappyimages

ParticipantDo you have an ETA on when this is issue is going to be fixed?
I’ve just purchased this plugin tonight and I was looking at launching my site this Wednesday/Thursday.
Cheers

MemberHi Eugene,
I’m sorry you’re having some trouble. The license key field is under Events –> Setting on the License Keys tab. We have a video here that will show you where it is.
If you’re still having trouble, please post a new thread in the Events Calendar PRO forum and we will assist you from there. That will help us focus on your situation and get you better and faster help 🙂
Best,
Leah
