    Hey Jos,

Sorry to hear about this! We have some bugs where we have not properly made some strings translatable, so that might be affecting those places on your site where you still English.

We are working on these bugs and hope to have fixes published for them in the coming weeks. I do not have a specific ETA but is should be in the next several weeks.

Feel free to report any locations where you still see English on your site! We might already have that location fixed, but might not, so it’s worth sharing if you’d like.

    Thanks,
    George

    The incorrect strings are:

    – Search button says Find evenenementen but needs to be Zoek Evenementen
    – In the event information you got: Organizer -> Organisator and Phone -> Telefoon
    – Then you got next/previous event needs to be Volgende/Vorige
    – Upcoming Events in the title bar needs to be Aankomende Evenementen

Thanks for elaborating on these details, Jos. I investigated each of these and found that are code does have these strings translatable, but there just might not be a Dutch translation yet at this time that includes all of those terms.

Translations are entirely community-generated, so this is some we unfortunately have to wait for translation submissions to fix. You can contribute translations of your own at http://translations.theeventscalendar.com if you’d like.

If you’re not familiar with this translation system, I would recommend reading the following pages to learn more about how translations work with our plugins:

    • Translating The Events Calendar: http://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/translating-the-events-calendar/

    • Translating our premium add-ons: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/adding-or-updating-a-translation/

    • Changing the language on your site: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/changing-the-language-on-your-calendar/

If you disagree with my assessment here, let me know why! 🙂 I could not find a missing translatable string for the examples you gave, just missing translations which can only be fixed by community-submitted translations translating those words properly.

    Cheers,
    George
