Translation isn't working

    I changed the WordPress language. In WP everything is translated.
    The plugin has a translation included which has all the correct translations inside.
    I didn’t find any place where to turn on the plugins translation separately.

    But the translation is still not working for the plugin. So what’s going on?

    Some additional info:

    The language is Estonian. The newest version doesn’t exist, but there is an older version of .po and .mo files.

    Can this be the issue?

    Resolved:

    I used this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/

    It showed other existing languages, but didn’t show Estonian. So I guess the problem was indeed in the fact that the .po .mo files were for an older version.

    That seems to be the case. We rely on the community for the translations and some do not get updated.
