    Hey There,
    I have a few events that got cancel due to low attendance. Is there a way to transfer the people that paid to another event?

    Hi, rowandaylor. Thanks for asking about the ticketing.

    Unfortunately, there’s no easy way to trade a ticket from one event for a ticket from another. You could either create a coupon code for the customer to buy another ticket with or refund the first ticket and have them buy a different ticket.

    Sorry I don’t have a cleaner solution to suggest for you. Best of luck! 🙂
