Transaction Fee

Is there a way to charge a transaction or processing fee for ticket purchased? For example, for each transaction I would like to charge a processing fee of (.30 plus (.0299 X cost of ticket)). I would like to call that processing fee.

This is similar to what Ticketmaster does…except they charge much more.

This would be something handled in Woocommerce. You may want to look at what kind of woocommerce extensions are available to add a global transaction or processing fee.

actually that feature is there on the events ticket plus and community events:
Go to events > settings> click on community> scroll down to the bottom you’ll see options where you can set your per ticket fee, the are two options of fees to choose from percentage or fixed. You can even choose to have both flat fee plus percentage. I use both. My fee is the flat fee and the percentage covers credit card fees.
