Tickets Remaining and Free tickets

Hi,

We’re having some issues with how our tickets are displaying.

1) Tickets remaining are showing up on the event page on our calendar as well as the eventbrite page, and we’d like to remove that information. Where/how can we remove it from showing?

Examples:

2) We have to set up complimentary tickets to keep track of will call, however this causes the tickets to display as “Free” in the footer of the event. How can we remove it? Also, it shows up as sliding scale, and we’d like it to only display advance, and at the door prices.

Hi @nicolapenacultural,

The actual “ticket box” is an iframe – that’s important to note here because it is actually rendered by eventbrite.com, even though it displays within your single event pages.

To configure what appears there I’d recommend running through the available settings on eventbrite.com (you might even talk to their support crew) – it’s actually not directly within our control.

Please note we try hard to stick to one issue per topic: can you re-post your second question in a fresh topic? Remember also that your Eventbrite license key seems to have expired – ordinarily we only offer support for valid license key holders 🙂
