ParticipantHi
I have an issue where I am running multiple recurring events and having RSVP available for these events. When clicking on a later date in the future and trying to RSVP a ticket, it reverts to the earliest date that event was run.
What have I done wrong? Can you help?
Many thanks
Fraser

MemberGood afternoon Fraser and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the various issues you have encountered.
I would love to help you with this topic. When clicking on a later date in the future and trying to RSVP a ticket, it reverts to the earliest date that event was run.

At the current time, the Events Calendar Pro does not fully support Event Tickets for recurring events. It is limited to 1 set/pool of tickets for the whole series (as opposed to separate RSVP lists for each event).
So perhaps this is what the issue is. Could you provide me with example URLs of this so that I can test it ?
A workaround is to create the recurring events and then “break them” from the series individually. This way you can create separate ticket sets/pools for each event.
It is not ideal since that means that they are no longer recurring events.
also I am now getting the following warning:

I believe the issue is that both the Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Plus are personal licenses that are currently attributed to your http://yourwebguru.co.uk
As such, the message is correct. You are out of installs.
You can:
- Upgrade to a business license (3 sites). Read all about it here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/upgrading-a-license/
- Move your license key around, following these instructions: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,
