Ticket Order

Hello,

We just successfully replaced Wooticket with Event Tickets Plus. During testing we noticed that when we hover the mouse over a ticket type the click and drag mouse icon appears, but we are unable to actually drag the ticket types and adjust the order in which they are presented. We found the below article, but it appeared to us that the ticket type order was adjustable from within the UI and just not working properly.

Hi,

Sorry for the confusion, but it is not a feature to drag and drop to reorder the tickets.

That guide you found is all we have for the reorder of tickets for now.
