Ticket not showing up on event

For some reason, my ticket has stopped displaying on my event and thus people cant purchase the ticket…

It was working a few days ago… but now its now. I’ve tried to disable the plugins and change the theme,,,, no luck!

Please could someone urgently help me.

Thanks for the information about disabling plugins.

What is your settings for the ticket in the Event and what about the Event in Eventbrite? What is the start and stop sale date for the tickets if any?

Ok I visited the site and did not make any changes.

I see the issue. The Sale End Date for the ticket is 1/31/15:

So the ticket is no longer available. Please go to the Event and edit the ticket in it to change the sale date and it should show again.

Also, since this is a WooCommerce Tickets related I am moving it to that forum from the Eventbrite.
