Hello!
I’m using WooTicket with ECP and a custom single.php.
Though I added the “tribe_get_ticket_form” tag, neither using my custom single.php nor the standard single.php of ECP the ticket form shows up.
I followed the instructions given on your site, but maybe i missed a small twist to get it working?
Christopher
That was the clue I was looking for – thanks!
Indeed I hadn’t assigned a start and an end date for sales as it says: “If you don’t set a start/end date for sales, tickets will be available from now until the event ends” which is what I intend to offer.
This means: You always have to define these dates, otherweise it will not show?
No, it should work as you described – if you don’t specify start/end dates for the ticket to be on sale then it should indeed be available from today until the event ends.
If you aren’t experiencing that perhaps there is some other problem here – did deactivating all other plugins and switching to a default, unmodified theme help at all? If not, can you provide a screenshot of your ticket settings?
Thanks for the reply – and sorry for my delay answering to it.
I did all the deactivating and switching to default theme as recommended.
I will upload a screenshot as soon as possible.
To avoid any confusion in case Christopher posts back here (since he is at a different stage in the troubleshooting process) can I ask you to create your own thread if you need help with this?
Thanks!
