Ticket Box Not Showing on Single Event Page

    I am not able to figure out how to get the ticket box to show up on the single event page.

    I can create tickets when I create or edit an event, but they do not show up on the page.

    Would really appreciate your help to figure out what is going on.

    Hi Meg and welcome back! Sorry for the trouble here with tickets–let’s see what’s going on.

    First off, would you be willing to send me a link to an event where you’ve created tickets but they are not showing up? If you could also send me a screenshot (via Dropbox or some other screenshot sharing app) of the ticket settings for that event, that will help me out a ton.

    Let’s start there and see what we find. 🙂

    Its nice to be back 😉 You guys have the friendliest support team ever!!

    The tickets are actually showing up now … I saw in another support thread that someone else had a similar thing happen. Maybe it was a caching thing?! If I have any other issues as I create new events I will get back to you!

    Awesome! I’m so glad to hear the issue seems to have worked itself out — caching could definitely be at play, so hopefully this sort of thing won’t be popping up on a regular basis. I’ll leave this thread open for now in case it does and then we can go from there.
