    I’ve installed Wootickets and set it up to sell two types of tickets for the same event. I’m currently testing this with a couple of developers and we cannot work out why the ‘Thank you for your order’ email is not being sent. When I mark the orders as complete the “Your order is complete and the Tickets are sent out. This works with all payment methods except Pronamic iDeal. I don’t know if this is a separate problem or it’s related, but when I click purchase I’m given an error message that says: ‘Your order has already been paid for. Please contact us if you need assistance.’

    Is there consistency (or lack of) between tickets on one hand and non-ticket products?

    For instance if you create a test product with WooCommerce – that is nothing to do with WooCommerce Tickets (but of the same type, ie a “virtual” product) – can you replicate the same issue when using the gateway you mentioned?

    Hi Barry, Yes I get the same issue, As In I get the error message: ‘Your order has already been paid for. Please contact us if you need assistance.’

    OK, so that sounds like a configuration issue with WooCommerce rather than a problem specifically connected with our own plugin – have you had a chance to ask the fine team over at WooThemes for help (WooCommerce itself is their product).
