ParticipantTHIS IS A HUGE Development.
Google search now features events listed on local website calendars for MILLIONS of users to see.
How can we utilize this functionality with Event Calendar PRO.This is vital and must be added if the current calendar does not support this feature.
In order to stay competitive.
Structured Data Example Here: https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool
How can we get google to recognize our events in our Events Calendar.
It looks like Google is searching for something called “Markup”
How can this functionality be added??

KeymasterHey Brian,
We use JSON for Linking Data in relation to events. You can see how our demo site turns up in Google Structured Data Testing Tool results. https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/u/0/#url=http%3A%2F%2Fwpshindig.com%2Fevents%2F
Hope this answers your question. If you have any follow-up questions, feel free to ask me!
Cheers,
Stephen

ParticipantHi Stephen,
I have a problem with Google Search Structured Datas. All the events on theatregranada.com are a day later than the actual date of the event.
https://theatregranada.com/programmation/xavier-rudd/
For exemple, this event is on July 13th but in Google Structured Data Testing Tool, the
startdateis 2017-07-14T00:00:00+00:00.Thanks for your help!

MemberApologies for the delay, Alain.
Generally speaking though it’s best to create a new topic of your own even if it seems to be related to something another user has been discussing – an added benefit is this let’s you more easily share system information and other things.
If you’re able to do that, that would be great 🙂

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
