ParticipantHi there!
I am facing the same problem as Rafael Zamith stated in a thread dated 14 June. I am running WooCommerce Version 2.0.12, Event Calendar Version 2.0.11 and Woo Tickets Version 1.0.1. I added an event and a new ticket with a stock of 12 tickets. If I buy 1 ticket it shows in the backend that 1 of 13 tickets are sold. So every purchase adds the amount of buyed tickets to the stock somehow. Do you have any idea.July 1, 2013 at 6:15 am #52566Barry
MemberHi ben099,
That of course shouldn’t happen – so it indicates that there might be a conflict.
When you created this thread you indicated that you had tried deactivating all other plugins and reverted to a default theme such as Twenty Eleven or Twenty Twelve to check for conflicts … did that yield and useful information and were you able to isolate any components, such as your theme or another plugin, that were causing this problem?
Thanks!

ParticipantHi Barry,
this problem occured even when disableing all other plugins and activating Twenty Eleven Theme.

MemberAre these ‘regular’ purchases, or are you manually creating orders via the WooCommerce admin screens?

ParticipantThese are «regular» purchases made from the fronted.

MemberIf you create a product in WooCommerce – independently of WooTickets – does the same problem manifest itself?

ParticipantDear Barry, thank you so much for your tipp. It leaded my towards the solution: i had Paypal Sandbox activated for payments and this was causing the above mentionned problem. Choosing another payment method made everything work properly… Sorry for bothering you. By the way: excellent plugins! ;o) Cheers, Ben

MemberGreat, glad you got to the bottom of this 🙂
Since it sounds like we’re all good here I will go ahead and close this thread.
Thanks again!
