"Sorry, this key is out of installs" but licence still valid

Hi,

I’m getting “Sorry, this key is out of installs” from wordpress but my licence expires on Aug 28th, 2015, any idea why this is?

This means I can’t update and fix the problems with facebook images import not pulling accross correctly.

Any assistance appreciated

What level of license did you purchase?

Also, if you head to http://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/license-keys, how many websites is the license currently activated on?

You can disconnect any unwanted sites on that page if you’d like. Each license allows a certain number of activations, and if you activate the license on the allowed number of sites, if you then try to activate it on more sites you will experience the “Sorry, this key is out of installs” notice you experienced.
