    Hi,

    I have bought the Woocommerce Tickets, Community Events and Community tickets – so that vendor (community) could sell tickets for their events.

    I hope I’m posting in the right forum.

    ADDING AN EVENT
    I’m using Eventica theme and I noticed some items missing when I try to Add Event on the Frontend:

    * adding tags is missing in frontend (it works in backend)
    * schedule is missing in frontend (it works perfect in backend)
    * add gallery is missing in frontend

    ORGANIZER PAGE
    I only get organizer page and empty picture. In your demo there is also all of the events listed for this organizer:

    Also, where can user/organizer edit his picture and name? Is there some special plugin?

    This isn’t currently available in the Community Events submission form. Other users have requested it, though, and I’d encourage you to up-vote the idea if you are also keen on the idea:

    I’m not completely clear what you mean by schedule – could you provide some more detail about what you are expecting?

    Again this is something where we don’t currently provide what you are looking for, but there is an existing feature request which comes close and you may wish to add your support to it:

    You can of course add a completely new request if you feel what’s outlined in the above request isn’t sufficient.

    I only get organizer page and empty picture.

    Could you link me to an example so I can see the problem?

    I do note you are using Eventica and if I recall correctly that ships with a number of customizations targeting our plugin – so it may be worth temporarily switching to a default theme such as Twenty Fifteen to check if the problem remains (this would tell us if the issue is the result of a theme customization or not).

    Could you give that a try?

    Hi Barry and thanks for answers.
    I understand now you haven’t implemented some of the features yet – I voted for some of them.

    Schedule is a feature of Eventica I believe now. Please see attached link (under the map):

    If I simplify, Eventica has one field in backend (which works seamlessly with yours Event Calendar) where you can add simple Schedule in rows –> it then makes schedule in frontend as in attached link.
    It would be great to implement something like this.

    I tried your suggestion about switching to Twenty Fifteen theme, but it gets worse – I get an Oops! That page can’t be found in this case. I hope I’m looking at right page?

    With regards to the organizer page … it looks like you are not using Events Calendar PRO.

    Ordinarily – unless you’ve customized things (or you are using a theme/plugin that fills in the blanks) – you will not be able to view single organizer pages under these conditions.

    What you should find is that – again, under default conditions with no other plugins and only a default theme running – links to single organizer pages are not even generated (and so trying to access the single organizer page directly would indeed fail).

    If you are finding you are able to link to single organizer pages and that is the result of code in your theme, another plugin or some custom code then I’d recommend talking to the author/team behind that code.

    Does that help/make sense here?

    So, if I understand correctly I must have Events Calendar PRO installed for Event Organizer page to work?
    I don’t think Eventica have organizer page – this installed when I installed Community Events and Community tickets.

    Exactly (unless of course you’ve implemented it yourself, or your theme or some other plugin has done so).

    I get an Oops! That page can’t be found in this case. I hope I’m looking at right page?

    Each organizer/user should edit their profile. Can Organizer/user edit his profile in Frontend? It seems I can’t find this…

    I’m afraid that isn’t a feature of either The Events Calendar or Events Calendar PRO. Organizers are not tied to any one user account, though you could certainly implement a customization that does this – however I’m afraid that isn’t something we can guide you through.
