Slowdowns and query errors

For some days we have noticed a slowdown in uploading post-tribe-events.
The loading time of each post is around 100 seconds.
From now on, it is not possible to insert new content because the administration page is incomplete and unavailable. (see Attachment)
We have installed the “Query Monitor” plugin that confirms slow query on the “events-calendar-pro” component.
Upload data can also be detected through external websites (Pingdom).
We are available to temporarily access you as admin to verify the situation.

UPDATE:
The slowdowns are resolved. The db is now in another server.
But the plugin is still unserviceable
