Show filters link not visible

Hi,

I have been having this strange problem with the “Show Filters/Collapse Filters” link on the calendar display page.

About a month ago, the link simply disappeared from the UI. I thought it may be related to an update to the Events Calendar Plug-in. I tried switching to a default WP theme. It did not work.

So, disabled all plug-ins. Switched to a default theme, switched back. Enabled the plug-in but it did not show up. Next day when I was checking the site, it was there. I have no idea, what made it come back.

Today, this happened again. The Show Filters link is gone. I tried switching to a WP default theme and disabling other plug-ins. It is not there. I did not apply updates or make any changes today.

Is this a known issue/behavior? Do you have any idea why this is happening and how I can resolve/avoid this?

It looks like I can resolve this problem when I Deactivate, Delete and then re-install the “The Events Calendar: Filter Bar” plug-in.

For some reason, it does stop working randomly time to time. It would be best if that didn’t happen.

If it happens again, I will follow the procedure above.

I am glad to see you were able to figure it out.

It could be a caching issue. I would start there to resolve it in the future. If it comes back let us know.
