Eric
MemberI’d like to display all events within List view and disable pagination, as there will only be a handful of events per year on this particular site. Currently the events are automatically distributed across 3 pages in this way: p1: 2 events; p2: 3 events; p3: 2 events.
I can manage removing pagination, but have no idea what is controlling the amount of posts per page, let alone make them all display at once.
Thanks!

MemberAnyone? I need some help with this please. Let me know if I’ve not been specific enough. Unfortunately I can’t publicly provide the URL as is a client project in development, but if you can PM me I’d gladly send someone a link.

ParticipantIn WP go to Settings / Reading and change the number of blog posts per page, I think the default is 10, I changed mine to 100 and all of our events are on 1 page now. This effects every page though so if you have other pages with posts they will do the same thing. I had the same issue (as did some others) and someone else posted this solution.

MemberThanks Grace! Fortunately this will work for me as the site in question isn’t currently running a blog. I’d be curious to know if there’s a more future-proof solution in the works.

MemberHey Eric. Not sure how this thread slipped through the cracks, as we hit the forum daily…sorry about that. Grace is correct in that the overall WP settings for your site do dictate how events paginate, and without some hackery there is no way to unlink those.

MemberNo problem Rob, glad to have a solution. Shouldn’t really need to hack it this time, for future sites it shouldn’t be too difficult to pull off.

ParticipantI’d like to see this become an option we can control in the settings. Sometimes you want to control pagination, you know?

MemberHey Adam: if I understand what you’re saying correctly, we’ve actually got this in the code for 2.0.4: http://cl.ly/1k050t2p3D043s3O2y3i. We’re in the final QA stages for that now and once we get through, 2.0.4 will be live. Definitely going to be sometime this week.
