I have a couple of questions:

    1. I have successfully set up tickets for my event and everything seems to be working great. However, once purchased the customer receives an email saying that his or her purchased is being processed, I then I have to manually confirm the order in order for the tickets to be forwarded. Is there any way to automate that process?

    2. Can I display an event ticket on my product/shop page?

    Hey Michael,

    Great questions!

Yes, there is indeed a setting in Event Tickets Plus that will try to force an order to autocomplete. You can find that under Events > Settings > Tickets (screenshot). That is specifically for WooCommerce, so it will not work with other ecommerce plugins that I’m aware. It’s also worth noting that the setting is an attempt to autocomplete the order and has not worked on every site. That said, there is a free WooCommerce extension to autocomplete orders.

    2. Can I display an event ticket on my product/shop page?

Absolutely. Assuming you’re using WooCommerce, you can edit the ticket by heading to the Products menu item in the WordPress dashboard menu, selecting the ticket, then changing the visibility settings to display the ticket in the product catalog (screenshot).

Does this help answer your questions? Please let me know. 🙂

    Cheers!

Thanks Geoff! That solved both of my issues! The woocommerce autocomplete plugin saved the day and thanks for showing me how to ‘un-hide’ my product listing.

My pleasure! I’m so glad to hear everything is working well. Thanks a ton for following up to let me know.

I’ll go ahead and close this thread but please feel free to let us know if any other questions pop up and we’d be happy to help. 🙂

    Cheers!
