    Hi Modern Tribe,

Lately, I have been unable to view the list of any events in the dashboard. When trying to access this page, I get a server 500 error. When I visit the rest of the site/Events Calendar I have no problem.

This is a pretty big issue because any submitted event on our website I am not able to approve so it gets posted on the site because of this.

I made sure all the Event plugins are updated to the latest version already and have not installed any new plugins that would possible conflict, so any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks,
    Jeremy

    Hey Jeremy,

So sorry for the trouble here! Let’s see if we can pinpoint the issue together.

First off, server 500 errors are often an issue on the server itself and, in many cases, related to not enough memory being allocate to PHP. This is a good article with a few different methods for increasing the memory and I’d suggest giving those a try for sure.

It is very possible that the host will not allow you to increase the memory manually. So, if those methods do not work, I would suggest reaching out directly to the host and request additional memory as a next step.

Let’s start there and see what we find.

    Thanks!
    Geoff
