Hey Jeremy,
So sorry for the trouble here! Let’s see if we can pinpoint the issue together.
First off, server 500 errors are often an issue on the server itself and, in many cases, related to not enough memory being allocate to PHP. This is a good article with a few different methods for increasing the memory and I’d suggest giving those a try for sure.
It is very possible that the host will not allow you to increase the memory manually. So, if those methods do not work, I would suggest reaching out directly to the host and request additional memory as a next step.
Let’s start there and see what we find.
Thanks!
Geoff
