ParticipantHi
I frequently receiving error messages as listed below. Is this something you guys have come across before? My server crashes often and trying to find what can be the issue behind it.
I have 600+ Facebook pages listed in Facebook Import plugin. Could this be it?
[21-Feb-2017 12:48:16 UTC] PHP Warning: Error while sending QUERY packet. PID=27745 in /home/hc/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1875

MemberHi. Sorry to hear this.
It’s one of the major reasons we switched Facebook Importer to a service instead of all the plugin code running on customers’ own sites.
Please switch to using Event Aggregator (EA). It is a service and is already built into The Events Calendar. In other words, there’s no need to install anything new. You already have a license for it at https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/
Enter your EA license key at wp-admin > Events > Settings > Licenses to unlock the premium importing features under Events > Import.
Please reference https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-to-event-aggregator/ for full details.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

MemberThis might apply to the first item in what you sent in your initial message: https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/packet-too-large.html
It’s something your web host might need to help you with.
The second item in your initial message was an incomplete SQL query that I didn’t see anything specifically wrong with but can’t really advise on because it is incomplete.
The solution, really, is to move to a more powerful server or use Event Aggregator because we provide the powerful server for you.
I hope this helps explain things a bit better.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
