    Hello,

    I manage a website and I need users to be able to get a tickets for free events.
    I’ve just installed The Event Tickets plus and I’m very happy with the configuration of the ticket. But is it possible to automaticcaly send an e-mail to the administator of the website when a ticket is purchased ?

    Hello Hélène!

    Great question. Event Tickets Plus will not automatically email the site administrator when a ticket is purchased. However, the ecommerce plugin you are using with it (e.g. WooCommerce) does have settings that allow you to be notified whenever a new purchase is made. That will allow you to know exactly when a new order comes in.
