    Hello,

I’m having an issue where when you are on the calendar page the current month displays properly but whenever you click the next month at the bottom of the calendar or use the month selector at the top the calendar is blank. If you then refresh the page the events show up. I’ve updated to the latest version of everything.

    WP: 3.5.2
    EC: 3.0.2
    ECP: 3.0.4
    CE: 3.0.1

I’ve turned the AJAX feature on and off (seems to always be on though no matter what the setting). I’m almost certain it has to be a javascript issue. I’ve checked the console log. The plugin seems to be spitting out debug info regardless of if the debug mode is on or off (it’s currently on).

It doesn’t happen whenever I’m logged in to the site, only when unauthenticated does this happen. It happens in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox on my Mac Book Pro (latest versions of all browsers). I’ve tested on a PC and it doesn’t seem to have an issue in IE but does in Chrome.

I’ve turned debug mode on and go no warnings from the plugins (a translator plugin is giving some warnings but I disabled the plugin and the problem remains).

    Hi Grant,

Thanks so much for the detailed description of your issue and the screencast. Makes it a lot easier to figure this issue out for you. Sorry your having this issue, so lets try get to the bottom of it.

The first thing I did was follow up on your hunch of it being a javascript issue as you seemed to have covered all the other bases correctly. I switched off javascricpt in chrome and the calendar seemed to work correctly.

If that is the case I’m wondering if the issue is with a javascript file conflict in the theme file, since you mentioned you de-activated all the plugins. One way to test this would be to switch to a default theme like twenty twelve.

I’d recommend that first. If the calendar works correctly at that stage I’d then revert to the correct theme and see if you can isolate what script is knocking the calendar. Let us know if you need any help getting to this point. When we know what the exact cause is we can point you in the right direction of getting it fixed.
