RSVP Ticket is not stored

Hi,

severe problem: We use WP with Avada (recent versions), and we cannot store a RSVP ticket. We create it, save it, update the whole event, and the ticket is gone. Lost. Both in frontend and backend.

Same with theme Twenty seventeen (when we apply it).

Please help!

Deactivating WPML fixes (fixes???) the error.

Uhm, this can’t be true … Should we switch to polylang other than WPML?

Thanks so much for reaching out again!  I’m sorry to hear that you’re having an issue with storing RSVP tickets.
