I’m not sure if this fits under The Events Calendar Pro or Filters, but I thought I’d put it here since it covers them too.

I would like to have a button on my site that, when clicked, will reset (clear) a specific group of filters (such as Categories, Distance, Search, Date, etc.) and then refresh the page. I know there’s a button to reset ALL fields, but I’d just like to have one at a time. (I’m going to make a button for each, or at least most.) Is there a way to do this?

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi Again,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

We do not have a feature to do a custom reset per area. It would be possible with some custom scripts, but we do not have any coding to help with that unfortunately.

If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.

Ok, thanks! I’ll be writing my own code for this, but I wanted to ask how I could write a snippet of code to refresh the page using Ajax? Is there a certain function I’m supposed to call to do that?

For example, if I press a button, I want to initiate something which runs some scripts to change some field vlaues, and then refresh the content.

    Thanks!
    Brendan

    Hi,

I do not have information to give on this.

I found this link that might help:

Otherwise I do not have anything else for customizations such as this.
