ParticipantI’ve searched the forums and elsewhere. Is there a way to re-send a purchased ticket? Any way at all? I have an event with 650+ tickets and I need to re-send 30+ tickets. People regularly make this request of me. Any help?
Thanks!

MemberHi callanwolde!
Thanks for reaching out. I was able to do this on my system, in WooCommerce.
- In the “Orders” page of WooCommerce (/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=shop_order)
- Click on the order number to get to the “Edit Order” page
- In the upper right, you should see an “Order Actions” meta box

- If the order has already been completed, you should see a “Resend order emails > Tickets” option in the drop down

- Select “Tickets” and click the small refresh icon next to the icon

This will send out another ticket email to the customer. From what I can tell however, you won’t be able to do this in bulk, only on individual orders.
Does this make sense? Let me know if this doesn’t work for you!

ParticipantSo, I think the issue was the versions of the plugins. We were on version 3.0, which pre-dated that feature. However, we’re in a bind now because I updated all of the plugins (in hopes of getting the resend Ticket option) but now I get the error “To begin using WooTickets, please install the latest version of WooCommerce.” Even though it IS installed, and every plugin has the latest version:
WooCommerce: 2.0.14
Events Calendar PRO: 3.5.1
The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets: 3.5
The Events Calendar: 3.5.1So now I can’t see any ticketing options at all on the events calendar. Any ideas?

ParticipantI rolled back the WooCommerce tickets plugin to 3.4 and it removed the error. Some conflict with 3.5?

MemberThanks for the more info!
I wasn’t able to reproduce this error, but I believe if you update all plugins to their latest version, including WooCommerce to 2.1.7, everything should work just fine. WooCommerce Tickets should be updated to 3.5 again as well.
Let me know if that doesn’t work for you!
Cheers!
