    Hi there,

    I am getting ready to launch my site on the first of the month and I need help with rescheduling.

    I can’t seem to find the correct way to do this. Our main goal is not to have to refund someone who just wants to change a class from a friday to a saturday.

    Hi Jessica,

    Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately there is no built-in process to re-schedule a ticket.

    Maybe it’s not necessary to refund him. You can just cancel the original order (and re-stock the ticket), and then create a new one manually for that ticket or just send the user a coupon to re-schedule. Does this make sense?
